    Katrina Langhorn is clinical director of AT Full Potential and an AHPRA supervisor.  Katrina has been a practicing registered psychologist for 20 years and is also a qualified teacher. Katrina works in both the public and private Sectors and has a vast experience in schools, Out of Home Care, disability fields, & juvenile justice centres. Katrina is a NSW facilitator for Positive Partnerships (Autism) and Wollondilly Women in Business.

    Simon’s approach is person-centred and draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He works with children, adolescents, adults and families with a focus on collaboration in order to develop understanding of emotional experiences while building upon helpful and adaptive coping responses. Simon is passionate about creating a space within his sessions that allow for creativity and expression in order to further his clients’ understanding of psychological processes while remaining engaged and motivated to work towards meaningful change.  

    Simon is able to undertake referrals made by medical practitioners (through a Mental Health Care Plan) as well as through the Workcover/MVA/CTP and NDIS pathways.

    Rebecca White is registered with AHPRA as a Clinical Psychologist. She has worked for the past 20 years in mental health, in both the private and public sectors. Rebecca works with individuals across the lifespan including children, adolescents, adults and older adults.

    Rebecca has a wealth of experience in a variety of clinical presentations including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, substance abuse/dependency, posttraumatic stress disorder, complex posttraumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, autism spectrum disorder, self-harm/suicidality, and stress and adjustment concerns.

    Rebecca provides evidence-based assessment and treatment which is tailored to the individual’s needs. Rebecca draws upon a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, dialectical behaviourtherapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

    Rebecca is also a Board-approved supervisor and is available to provide clinical supervision to both provisional and registered psychologists.

    She works primarily within a Cognitive Behavioural framework, with adults and adolescents, who have a wide range of psychological difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, sexual dysfunction, ARFID, PTSD, Chronic Pain, and psychological difficulties following work-related injury and stress. Additionally, Margueritte also provides vocational and career counselling and assessment as well as a variety of psychological assessments and diagnostic tools for behavioural and intellectual conditions. In addition to this, Margueritte also specialises in WorkCover and Comcare and has worked with ADF, RAAF, Police, probation and parole, NSW Ambulance and other government Agencies.

Naomi also provides vocational and career counselling and assessment. Additionally, Naomi enjoys working with couples through marriage or relationship counselling and has a special interest and passion for Christian counselling. Naomi is Medicare and WorkCover NSW accredited.

    In practice, she uses several therapeutic strategies such as Cognitive BehaviourTherapy ( CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical  Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and has previously been a co-facilitator for a DBT group. She has experience in supporting those with personality, mood and anxiety disorders, learning difficulties, neurological and psychotic disorders. She is WORKCOVER/MVA/CTP trained, received training in Radical Exposure Tapping (RET), works with NDIS clients, and is a Board-Approved Supervisor. As she has a background in Neuropsychology(Master’s Degree obtained in The Netherlands), she is also interested in providing psychometric testing, assessment and interpretation to assist in the diagnostic process.

    Joanne Lawrence is a registered psychologist who graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology in 2010. Joanne has worked in the human resources sector, in public hospital inpatient and outpatient settings and with under privileged people.  Joanne is a local but started her internship in private practice in a mining town in outback NSW and finished it here with us at At Full Potential. Joanne likes to work with a range of clients, particularly people who may be apprehensive about therapy.

She is also trained in the Gottman method for Couples Therapy. Joanne’s passions include environmental conservation, animal advocacy, she has a strong interest in all things personal finance and moonlights in film and tv at times.

    After spending 4 years in the military, Liam transitioned into community services sector, working as both a Residential Support Worker in youth OOHC, supporting young people with intensive behavioural issues/complex trauma and as a PSP (Foster care) Caseworker.

    He also has experience working as a support worker/mentor in adult mental health and a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner for NDIS supporting participants diagnosed with various conditions including ASD and ADHD. Liam has a passion for supporting individuals with children and adults who suffer with complex trauma and believes in the benefits of incorporating sports and exercise in with psychological support. He is also interested in the benefits that Neurofeedback may provide to those with complex trauma and conditions such as ADHD and plans to become a qualified Neurofeedback Therapist on the  completion of his internship.
